Sebastian Vogelsang is a developer, product designer, and founder based in Berlin. He is the creator of Flashes for Bluesky, a visual-first social media application built on the AT Protocol that reimagines photo and video sharing for the open social web. Beyond commercial product work, he is deeply involved in open social infrastructure and European digital sovereignty initiatives. He is the Co-Lead of Eurosky, which develops shared AT Protocol infrastructure in Europe, including moderation services, relays, and public-interest tooling. Sebastian regularly speaks and writes about decentralized social media, open protocols, and the future of social UX beyond algorithmic feeds.
